A reminder to parents that our new K students are invited to visit the school the morning of June 21st from 9:00 to 11:00 am.  New students will be divided up and spend the morning with one of the current kindergarten classes.  

Our grade 6 classes will be participating in two main activities this year including a full-day at Beatton Park on June 22nd.  Students will spend the day doing various activities including a water fight and a BBQ lunch.  

The last week of school is upon us!  Students are finished the 2015-16 school year on June 23rd at 11:45 am.  Busses will run after dismissal.  The are several items of lost & found on display in hallways.  

We would like to extend an invitation to all of our parent and community volunteers to come to our volunteer tea.  It is an opportunity to come out so we can say thank you for all that you do for our school.  

Intermediate Fun Day is scheduled for June 15th at the school; should the weather not cooperate, teachers do have alternate indoor activities planned for students.  Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather.  PAC will be serving hot dogs for lunch.

Thursday, June 2nd is the last day of our spring book fair.  The fair will be open at recess, part of lunch as well as after school.

Our annual book fair commences on May 31st and runs until June 2nd in the gym.  There is a wonderful selection of reading books for all ages!  Students will be granted time during the school day to visit the book fair with their class (see list below).  

There will be an assembly on Monday, May 30th at 9:00 am to recognize those students who participated in the science fair including regionals.  All parents are welcome.

It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion around the PAC supported hot dog ordering for both primary and intermediate fun days.  There has been somewhat of a change this year in order to ensure ALL students get to eat and not be forced to eat hot dogs when it is not their preferred meal.
