Welcome Back!  Hope your summer was fantastic!

We have a few staffing changes.  We would like to welcome Mrs. Brody teaching grade 2/3, Mrs. Mclennan teaching grade 3/4 and Mrs.Gatt teaching grade 4.  Mrs. Tompkins will be our Learning Assistant and music prep teacher.  Mrs. Parker will be teaching grade 1 and Mrs. Boyd will be teaching Prep.

Something new this year!  The band program will be offered at our school.  More details will be in our upcoming newsletter.

Teacher’s Job Action
We are in session and recess will occur at the usual times.  Mr. Bourcet and Mrs. Boyd will be on duty with assistance from District Office. Please call Mr. Bourcet or Mrs. Boyd if you have questions.

Lunchtime Monitors:
There will be a Lunchtime Monitor meeting for students to Sign up at lunchtime on Wednesday in room 3.  They will begin their jobs on Thursday.

First Week:
Tuesday:  The bell to go into the school will ring at 8:45 and students need to be in the gym by 8:50.  Attendance will be taken and students will attend a quick assembly to occur at 9:10.  Recess is at 10:15-10:30 am.  Dismissal is at 10:45 am.

Wednesday: The bell to enter the school will ring at 8:45 students need to be in the gym by 8:50 again. Students will be assigned to a house team group and attend fun stations to learn about our school expectations.

Thursday: At 8:50, students attend an assembly to be assigned to their new classes.

Supply lists for grades 4-6 and newsletters will also be out before the end of next week.
