The weather cooperated for us to have a wonderful afternoon in the sun while learning some new indigenous games. A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Hanson who spearheaded the whole event. The students were able to participate in 5 different activities and have some fresh bannock. It was a great time for everyone. Some of our students were amazing with their high kicks!

Primary students took part in lacrosse, stick jump, grass snake, animal chalk, bannock and animal muk

Intermediate students- Lacrosse, leg wrestling, bone and toggle, bannock, double ball/nobbies, high kick

We ended the day with grade 6 students playing the staff in a game of lacrosse.
