If the answer is yes, then come out to the Annual General Meeting for PAC on Monday, May 25 at 7 pm and find out what is being planned for next year, what the goals are, and how you can help make it happen!<\/p>\n
At the meeting we will discuss:<\/p>\n
1 What events are being planned
\n2 The budget for next year & where the money is going
\n3 What type of volunteer opportunities there are
\n4 Filling of Executive member positions<\/p>\n
The PAC executive positions available are:
\n1 Treasurer (duties include: deposits all funds and maintains accounting, reports on accounting and prepares books for annual audit, has signing authority)<\/p>\n
2 Vice Chairperson (duties include: assisting the chairperson, assuming chairpersons duties in the chairperson absence & distributing communication to parents and staff)<\/p>\n
3 DPAC Representative (duties include: attending DPAC meetings once a month and reporting back to PAC any pertinent information)<\/p>\n
